One sunny morning, there was a boy named Rankur who lived with his mother. His dad left both of them when Rankur was three years old due to some infection that was unknown till now. Rankur was a very nice child. He would listen to his mother and would follow all the rules that his mother told him to follow. But he had a big fear of schools and especially academic classes. He did not go to school because his mother could not afford it; she worked as a maid and went to different houses for work.
One day, a man came to their door and gave her a job offer. She accepted it and started working as a saleswoman at the nearby store. The next day, she came to Rankur with a letter in her hand. He asked, โMom, why do you have a letter in your hand? Is it grandpaโs letter?โ Then she handed it to him, he opened the letter and in it was written โThe Green International Schoolโ. He got nervous and ran away. His mom knew that he had a great fear of school, but she also knew that he couldnโt do homeschooling for the rest of his life. She encouraged him by saying, โYou will have to fight your fear of school.โ He was afraid, but was a good child which is why he got ready to face his fear. The next morning, dressed in his new uniform and carrying his bag, books, and pencil box, he approached his mother for his lunch box, his face showing both a smile and a trace of fear. His mom hugged him tightly and said goodbye as the bus arrived outside the house.
As he stepped into the bus, he heard the voices of little children laughing, playing and talking. He was surprised that no one was scared to go to school. He saw an empty seat and went and sat on it. He was quiet throughout the whole journey, just looking out of the wide window. When he arrived at school, he was trembling inside and quietly walked into Class 3D. There were many students in his class. They welcomed him in a very friendly way. He was very happy to see them; his teacherโs name was Mr. Jhan. He made him comfortable and helped him to adjust in his new class. From then on, he loved to go to school and loved to study with his classmates and would never be absent on school days.
